On a sunny Saturday, lectures and discussions were heard in the meeting room on the second floor of the Management Committee of Jiangbei new area. This is not an ordinary training activity. Its training objects are 53 "top-notch talents" such as CEOs, general managers and founders of science and technology enterprises in the new area. Its goal is to cultivate a group of science and technology entrepreneurs who are familiar with science and technology, understand the market and management, and cultivate a group of high-tech entrepreneurs New technology enterprises, gazelle enterprises and unicorn enterprises. On October 19, 2019, the first Jiangbei new area science and technology entrepreneur growth training camp was successfully concluded. After the "baptism" of the training camp, in the past year, among the first 54 trainee enterprises, 2 new R & D institutions, 1 Unicorn enterprise, 4 Unicorn cultivation enterprises, 4 gazelle enterprises and 1 innovative entrepreneur have been born. At the same time, with the approval of the Social Affairs Bureau of the new area, the science and technology innovation chamber of Commerce of Jiangbei new area, with the science and technology innovation Bureau of the new area as the competent unit, was officially established in Jiangbei new area!
On August 1, 2020, the second Jiangbei new area science and technology entrepreneur growth training camp, which has been silent for half a year, finally set off.
At present, China has entered the second half of the fight against "epidemic". In addition to the prevention and control of the epidemic situation, economic recovery and development also need to be done quickly. The vast number of science and technology enterprises shoulder the glorious mission, and urgently need the optimization and improvement of strategic vision, ideology and management ability. To this end, Jiangbei new area independent innovation service center and Jiangbei new area science and technology innovation chamber of Commerce jointly launched the second training camp.

As one of the brand science and technology activities of "science and technology innovation Jiangbei", the course design of the second entrepreneur growth training camp is more systematic and comprehensive on the basis of last year. At the same time, he pointed out that the training camp for entrepreneurs in Jiangbei new area is not only a platform for acquiring knowledge, but also a platform for entrepreneurs to communicate with each other. One year´s study not only makes us feel that we have learned something and benefited a lot. Moreover, the first training camp students´ enterprises also initiated the establishment of Jiangbei new area science and technology innovation chamber of Commerce, which has built a normal operation mechanism to deepen the open communication and cooperation among enterprises. We are proud to compare the training camp to the Whampoa Military Academy for Entrepreneurs: we grew up here, and from here, in the special battlefield of the market, we interpret and test the effectiveness of learning for application.
I remember that at the closing ceremony of our first training camp, director Nie said that we should make the training camp a brand in the new area and pass it on year by year. Today, we are pleased to see that the inheritance of this kind of learning is becoming reality and self-consciousness, even though it has experienced the impact of the new epidemic situation.
The whole course of this year´s entrepreneur growth training camp is 13 days in total. One or two days will be selected each month to complete the study of one course module. Compared with the first session, the second session has improved the curriculum system and optimized the course content in combination with the actual situation of the first entrepreneur growth training camp. Zhu Qiang, deputy director of international financial research center of Fudan University, was invited to give the first performance of the second enterprise training camp.

In class, Mr. Zhu listed data, drew tables, and analyzed the international economic environment faced by China, the current trend of China´s macro-economy, and the impact of the current macroeconomic situation and international economic situation on China´s economy. At the meso level, he analyzed the industrial structure problems in China´s economic development from multiple dimensions, analyzed the classic industrial strategic layout events, and provided highly operational industrial strategy analysis ideas, tools and methods to obtain real and effective industry information.

At the micro level, Mr. Zhu explained the impact of the new economic environment on different industries. In view of the development of traditional manufacturing industry and emerging industry, he also shared his thinking with the entrepreneurs on the spot and gave the corresponding coping strategies of enterprises.

At the end of the course, in order to further help the trainees understand and cooperate with each other, the center arranged a "extracurricular activity" - outward bound training for entrepreneurs.
